Immediately after offering incense at Uncle Ho's Temple at Tay Bac Square, the Vice President and her entourage visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Doan Thi Diep in group 10, Quyet Thang ward, Son La city and war invalid Cam Chi Kien in group 7, To Hieu ward, Son La city. The Vice President expressed her deep gratitude to the great contributions of wounded and sick soldiers, as well as people who rendered service to the nation and policy beneficiary families to the struggle for national independence.
The Vice President wished that families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies and State laws, be dynamic in economic development, and be exemplary in daily life for future generations to follow.
During the working trip, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and the delegation visited and gave gifts to workers of the Son La Hydropower Plant.
The Vice President congratulated the plant on its achievements and shared with the difficulties that directly affect its power output. She wished all officials, workers, and engineers of the Son La Hydropower Plant to continue safe and effective production.
