The trial operation will be carried out in four newly merged wards: To Hieu, Chieng Coi, Chieng An, and Chieng Sinh, from June 25 to 30. It includes the operation of the ward Party Committees; People's Councils and People's Committees; Public Administrative Service Centres; and the activities of the ward-level Vietnam Fatherland Front committees and socio-political organisations.

At the end of the trial period, each unit will conduct a review to evaluate the implementation, draw lessons, and ensure the local administrations operate smoothly, continuously, effectively, and efficiently once officially in place.

Speaking at the event, Chien emphasised that in the coming time, communes, wards, divisions, and agencies must continue to complete ongoing tasks in all areas, accelerate project implementation, and focus on tasks related to the restructuring of the organisational apparatus.

Task forces are responsible of carrying out the trial operation of Party committees, administrations, and the Fatherland Front at the ward level under the two-level local administration model, he said, adding that full preparations should be made for the Party congresses of the newly restructured wards.
