Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Hong Minh on April 8 chaired a meeting to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony.

During the meeting, leaders of relevant departments and sectors reported on the preparations for the ceremony, including the detailed schedules and coordination between the sectors, the collection of information, and the preparation of a video report on the project's progress and scale for presentation at the ceremony.

Additionally, the preparation of the script, rehearsal arrangements, and the organisation of an art performance to celebrate the event were also discussed.

Addressing the function, Minh asked the departments, sectors, and Moc Chau township to carry out tasks according to the assigned plan. He emphasised the importance of effective coordination in raising awareness about the significance and importance of the project, as well as the benefits it will bring to the localities along its both sides.

He also requested proactive measures to ensure security, public order, and food safety so that the event can take place in a practical, economical, effective and safe manner.
