Charity houses presented to the poor in Mai Son district

The Ministry of Public Security on November 1 coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Mai Son district to hand over charity houses to poor households in the district.

Authorised by the Ministry of Public Security, the police agency and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Mai Son district inaugurated and handed over three new houses to the families of Lo Thi Nga in Nam Ban hamlet, Hat Lot commune; Bui Ngoc Sung in Sub-zone 8, Na Bo commune; and Lo Van Chung in Thay Lom 6/1 hamlet, Chieng Ban commune.

Representatives of Mai Son district’s police agency and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee hand over a house to Lo Van Chung in Thay Lom 6/1 hamlet, Chieng Ban commune.

Each has an area of ​​nearly 60sq.m, with a total value of 80 million VND (3,162 USD), including 50 million VND funded by the Ministry of Public Security and 30 million VND from the district Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the solidarity and mutual love and support to help disadvantaged families in Mai Son quickly overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
