The delegation visited the Luang Prabang Royal Palace Museum, one of Laos' most prominent historical, cultural, and spiritual landmarks. Built in 1904, the place once served as the residence of the Lao Royal Family and now houses a rich collection of valuable artifacts reflecting the history and cultural heritage of Laos throughout different periods.

The delegation also visited the headquarters of the Luang Prabang Department of Foreign Affairs, a 5 billion VND (190,114 USD) project constructed with financial assistance from Son La province, combined with counterpart funding from Luang Prabang. The two-storey building has a total floor area of 820 square meters. The facility not only provides modern infrastructure to support the province's external relations activities but also stands as a symbol of the special solidarity, traditional friendship, and enduring partnership between the two provinces.
