Key activities during the event will include an art performance programme entitled “Colours of Son La”, a Son La – Da Nang tourism promotion conference, a FAM (familiarization) trip to survey and connect Son La – Da Nang tour routes, a beautiful photo exhibition, and a boost displaying Son La's culture, tourism, and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items.

This event is part of the cooperation and development plan between Son La province and Da Nang city for the 2023–2025 period. It aims to provide an opportunity for districts, Son La city, tourist sites and villages, restaurants, hotels, and tourism cooperatives in Son La to introduce distinctive tourism products, ethnic cultural identities, and local specialties to residents and visitors in Da Nang city.

Through engaging experiential activities, the event is expected to attract investors, travel companies, organisations, and individuals interested in tourism development in Son La province, especially in the Moc Chau National Tourism Area and the Son La Hydropower Reservoir region.
