Moc Chau National Tourism Area honoured for 4th time as Asia’s Leading Regional Nature Destination

The 2025 World Travel Awards (WTA) for Asia and Oceania was held in Hong Kong (China) on October 13 evening. At this event, the Moc Chau National Tourism Area in Son La province was once again recognised as "Asia’s Leading Regional Nature Destination 2025."

For the fourth consecutive year (from 2022 to 2025), the Moc Chau National Tourism Area has been honoured in this prestigious category. This is a testament to the powerful appeal and outstanding value of the colourful highland region. The award is of significant importance, as it enables the tourism area to continue being nominated for the "World’s Leading Nature Destination 2025." Previously, the Moc Chau National Tourism Area obtained this title twice in 2022 and 2023, contributing to affirming Vietnam's tourism position on the global travel map.

With this award, the Moc Chau National Tourism Area once again confirms its position and influence on the tourism map of Asia and the world, highlighting its appeal to both domestic and international visitors. The award also creates new momentum and opens up many opportunities for the development of green and sustainable tourism for the national tourism area in the Northwestern region.
