Earlier at the World Travel Awards Asia & Oceania Gala Ceremony 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City on September 6, the area was honoured as Asia's Leading Regional Natural Destination 2023 and Vietnam's Top Nature Destination 2023.

This is the second consecutive year that the area has received these awards. Last year, it was voted by the World Travel Awards as Vietnam's Leading Nature Destination 2022, Asia's Leading Regional Nature Destination 2022 and the World’s Leading Nature Destination 2022.

These awards have once again affirmed the position and influence of Moc Chau tourism, as well as the honor and recognition of the international community for the beautiful and green highland region. This is the driving force for local tourism to develop on par with its existing potential and advantages.
