Among the honoured collectives, Hoa Moc Chau Restaurant of Hoa Moc Chau Cooperative was recognised as the restaurant that served the highest number of tourists in the year. Dai Yem Waterfall Ecotourism Area of Pha Luong Tourism JSC in Moc Chau was awarded for being the most-visited tourist site of the year.
Meanwhile, Uy Phong Bay (Quynh Nhai TRAVEL JSC) and Ta So hamlet, Chieng Hac commune, Moc Chau township were named exemplary community-based ecotourism destinations.

Moc Chau Island – Bach Long Glass Bridge was certified as meeting VITA’s Green Tourism Standards and awarded the “VITA Green” tourism destination label at the Excellent level.
Thao Nguyen Hotel & Resort was certified as satisfying VITA’s Green Tourism Standards and awarded the “VITA Green” accommodation label at the Advanced level.

The Vietnam Tourism Association presented its certificates of merit to three individuals from Son La for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the local tourism association and the tourism sector. They are Hoang Chi Thuc, Chairman of the Son La Tourism Association; Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Son La Tourism Association; and Nguyen Thi Khue, Director of Son La-based MoCha Travel and Media Co., Ltd.
The VITA Awards 2025 ceremony was held as part of the Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) Hanoi 2025, taking place from April 10–13 under the theme: “Developing Green Destinations, Elevating Vietnam’s Tourism.”
