Chieng Coi holds meeting with outstanding enterprises, cooperatives, business households

Chieng Coi ward on October 2 held a meeting with outstanding enterprises, cooperatives, and business households on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 – 2025).

The event was attended by leaders of Chieng Coi ward, the provincial Tourism Association, the provincial Business Association, the Regional I Business Association, along with 80 exemplary enterprises, cooperatives, and business households.

At the meeting, Chieng Coi ward leaders shared notable achievements in the third quarter of 2025 across various sectors. Local budget revenue was estimated at nearly 7 trillion VND (265.2 million USD). The ward issued 62 business registration licenses for individual households and 14 construction permits. A total of 1,102 administrative procedure applications were received and resolved on time or ahead of schedule.

In the cultural and social sectors, several initiatives were launched, including the establishment of the Steering Committee for Building a Learning Society for the 2021–2030 period, and the Chieng Coi ward community learning centre. The ward has also regularly organized themed walking street events, featuring activities rich in ethnic cultural identity and modern flair, which have attracted significant public interest. National defense, public security, and social safety continue to be maintained effectively.

Chieng Coi ward is currently home to 252 operating enterprises, cooperatives, and business households across multiple sectors. In recent years, these entities have demonstrated strong dynamism and creativity, actively engaging in emulation movements for productive and successful business operations. Their annual income ranges from 250 million to 300 billion VND. They also generate many jobs for local workers.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Chieng Coi ward People's Committee presented the certificates of merit to five collectives for outstanding achievements in business development and social welfare, contributing to the ward's socio-economic progress in 2025. Additionally, 10 new members were admitted to the Regional I Business Association.
