Total mobilised capital hits 42.5 trillion VND

Over the past eight months, total mobilized capital from credit institutions in Son La province reached VND42.5 trillion ($1.61 billion), an increase of 10.82% compared to the same period in 2024. Total outstanding loans stood at approximately 51.8 trillion, up 8% year-on-year.

The province currently has 22 credit institutions, with 51 transaction offices, 143 transaction points, 81 ATMs/CDMs, and 168 POS terminals.

On-book non-performing loans (NPLs) are being kept under control at 1.6% of total outstanding loans. Credit institutions continue to strictly comply with regulations and directions from the State Bank of Vietnam regarding interest rates; ensure safe and efficient credit growth; minimise the emergence of new bad debts; apply reasonable lending rates based on deposit rates and loan risk levels; and share difficulties with customers.
