Van Ho boasts 4,430 hectares of fruit trees

Van Ho district has an impressive 4,430 hectares dedicated to fruit trees, with the primary crops being longan, mango, orange, and "hau" plum.

Specialised agencies in the district have helped local farmers rejuvenate 37 hectares of old fruit trees and maintain 55 hectares under cultivation codes. Notably, 131 hectares of fruit trees have already received VietGAP certification.

Authorities are also encouraging farmers to widely adopt scientific and technical advancements in cultivation and to embrace organic farming methods. The district is focusing on strengthening consumption linkages to gradually improve product quality and boost production efficiency.
