Players compete in six events: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, men’s team of three and women’s team of three.
The matches take place on October 28 and 29 at the provincial Cultural and Sports Centre’s indoor arena. Thanks to thorough preparation and training, athletes have delivered determined performances on the opening day, demonstrating refined technique and strong coordination while drawing enthusiastic support from a large crowd of spectators.
The competition provides an opportunity for the organising committee to assess the quality of grassroots sports participation across localities and organisations, while enabling players to exchange experience, learn from one another and improve their technical skills. It also aims to identify and develop core players for localities, thus contributing to the province’s high-performance sports teams in the time ahead./.
