First Congress of Youth Union of provincial Party Agencies Bloc for 2025–2030 convenes

The Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the provincial Party Agencies Bloc held its first Congress for the 2025–2030 term on May 29. Attending the congress were Le Tien Quan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies; leaders of the provincial Youth Union; and 120 delegates representing more than 4,900 youth union members from six chapters.

The Youth Union of the provincial Party Agencies Bloc currently consists of six chapters with 4,901 members. In recent years, the union has focused on consolidating its organisational structure, stabilising operations, and effectively implementing political and ideological education as well as revolutionary action movements for young people.

The chapters organised nearly 50 activities in response to “Volunteer Saturdays” and “Green Sundays,” attracting thousands of youth union members. They also planted more than 1,000 trees and actively supported local people in overcoming natural disaster consequences. In response to the “Savings Deposit Week – Joining Hands for the Poor” campaign in 2026, youth union members in the bloc opened savings accounts totaling more than 70 million VND (2,660 USD).

During Youth Month 2026 alone, the chapters carried out more than 20 volunteer and social welfare activities; implemented over 10 youth projects and initiatives; and organised visits and gift-giving activities for policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged students, along with the “Breakfast of Love” programme, with total funding of nearly 300 million VND.

With the motto “Pioneering – Unity – Innovation – Creativity – Development,” for the 2025–2030 term, the Youth Union of the bloc aims to continue promoting the pioneering and creative role of young people in fulfilling professional tasks, digital transformation, building workplace culture, and strengthening youth union organisations.

The congress approved the directions, goals, and tasks for the 2025–2030 term, including 10 target groups and three breakthrough missions. During the term, the bloc strives to have more than 3,000 youth union members participating in volunteer activities; ensure that 100% of chapters implement annual youth projects or initiatives; achieve good or higher performance ratings for 100% of chapters; and ensure that 95% of youth union members fulfill their tasks well each year.

At the congress, the Standing Committee of the provincial Youth Union announced decisions appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, and Inspection Committee of the Youth Union of the provincial Party Agencies Bloc for the 2025–2030 term.
