High school graduation exam organisation in Phu Yen and Gia Phu inspected

Ha Trung Chien, Member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, and head of the provincial Steering Committee for the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination, led a delegation to inspect the exam organisation in Phu Yen and Gia Phu communes on June 11.

For the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination, Phu Yen commune has established 26 examination rooms at Phu Yen High School, with 611 registered candidates. Gia Phu commune has 23 examination rooms at Gia Phu High School, with 551 registered candidates.

The exam sites have been fully equipped with the necessary facilities, equipment, and personnel in accordance with regulations. Measures to ensure security, public order, and traffic safety have been implemented to provide favourable conditions for candidates. Youth volunteers are stationed at each exam site to support candidates through the “Exam Season Support” programme. Lunch portions have also been prepared for disadvantaged students and those living far from the exam venues.

Following the inspection, Chien requested that the examination sites continue to strictly comply with all regulations and procedures governing the National High School Graduation Examination.

He emphasised the need to closely monitor and remind candidates to arrive on time for each exam session; proactively implement measures to ensure absolute security and safety at the exam sites; strengthen fire prevention and traffic safety measures; prevent any unlawful acts that could affect the examination; ensure cybersecurity, information security, and uninterrupted electricity supply; and effectively organise candidate support activities to provide the best possible conditions for students to successfully complete the examination.
