Huynh Minh Tuan appointed Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of provincial Party agencies

The Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on July 10 held a conference at the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies to announce its personnel decision.

Attending the event were Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council and Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies; and Duong Tu Anh, a member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Chairperson of the provincial Party Committee's Inspection Board.

According to Decision No. 403-QD/TU, dated July 7, 2026, Huynh Minh Tuan, Secretary of the Muoi Noi commune Party Committee, was assigned to the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies.

Effective July 10, he stepped down from the Muoi Noi commune Party Committee and its Standing Board, as well as his post as Secretary of the commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. He was appointed to the Standing Board of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies, serving as Deputy Secretary of the committee for 2025-2030.

Officials sign the handover record for the post of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies.

In his remarks, Hung asked Tuan to work closely with the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies and its Standing Board to maintain unity, uphold the principle of democratic centralism and working rules, strengthen the Party organisation's leadership capacity and combativeness, and successfully implement the resolution of the first Congress of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies for 2025-2030./.
