Joining the delegation was Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province Nguyen Manh Hung.
The delegates expressed their deep respect and gratitude for the immense sacrifices of the martyrs who fought bravely and laid down for national independence, freedom, and the happiness of the people.
They also reaffirmed their commitment to upholding the tradition of the special friendship and solidarity between the two countries, further strengthening comprehensive cooperation between their localities, and working together to build increasingly prosperous and developed communities.
Following the incense-offering ceremony, the delegates toured the Son La Prison special national relic site, where they learned about its history, the struggle of revolutionary soldiers imprisoned there, and the historical and cultural values preserved at the site. They showed their deep emotion upon viewing the valuable artifacts and documents that vividly reflect the steadfastness, resilience, and indomitable spirit of previous generations in the struggle for national liberation.
