On the occasion of the National Day (September 2), the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee decided to present and posthumously award Party membership badges to 3,629 individuals. Of these, 12 members of the Party Organisation of provincial Party Agencies were honoured with 35-year and 30-year Party membership badges.
At the ceremony, Hung presented a 35-year Party membership badge to Lo Mai Kien, former member of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board and former President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, now Chairman of the provincial Association of the Elderly and a member of the Party cell of the provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations under the Party Organisation of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Duong Tu Anh, member of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board and Chairwoman of the committee's Inspection Board, presented 35-year Party membership badges to Hoang Manh Long, Vice President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the provincial Veterans' Association, a member of the Party cell of the provincial Veterans' Association under the Party Organisation of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Bui Tien Binh, from the Party Organisation of the provincial People's Procuracy; Quang Van Linh, Nguyen Xuan Chung, Nguyen Xuan Thanh and Le Truong Son of the Party cell of the provincial Veterans' Association.
She also handed over a 35-year Party membership badge to the family representative of Quan Huu Chien, former Deputy Chief Judge of the provincial People's Court and a member of the Party Organisation of provincial People's Court.
A representative of the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies presented 30-year Party membership badges to Hoang Thi Xuan from the Party Organisation of the provincial People's Procuracy; Cam Ngoc Thuong and Ban Van Son from the Party Organisation of the provincial People's Court; and Pham Anh Dung from the Party Organisation of Tay Bac University.
In his remarks, Hung congratulated the recipients, stressing that the badges are a prestigious recognition of their contributions, political steadfastness and moral qualities. He expressed his hope that they would continue to uphold their pioneering and exemplary spirit, contribute their experience to Party building, and serve as role models for younger generations to follow.
He also asked Party committees at all levels to continue properly implementing policies for Party members in accordance with regulations./.
