According to the decision, dated July 7, 2026, Cam Thi Huyen Trang, Vice President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Secretary of the provincial Youth Union, has been appointed to the Party Committee of Muoi Noi commune. She joins the commune Party Committee and its Standing Board, and serves as Secretary of the committee for 2025-2030. 

Hung congratulated Trang on her appointment and urged her to build on her strengths, uphold a strong sense of responsibility, and continue enhancing her professional capacity. He also asked her to stay closely engaged with local communities, listen to their concerns and aspirations, and work with the Standing Board of the Muoi Noi commune Party Committee to achieve the targets set out in the commune Party Congress resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
