The consultations were practical and tailored to the specific conditions of each business and cooperative. At eight consulting tables, experts provided advice in areas such as marketing skills, online sales, the application of culture to sustainable tourism development, entrepreneurship and investment attraction in ethnic minority areas, and community-based tourism development. They also analysed challenges faced by businesses in product development, technology application, digital transformation, brand building, market access and business model development, and proposed solutions and practical measures that could be implemented immediately.
Representatives of more than 50 businesses and cooperatives received direct consultations on production and business development, while 18 entities were connected with experts for continued support after the sessions. The department is compiling their support needs, following up on cases requiring further consultation, and coordinating with experts and relevant agencies and organisations to maintain these connections after the festival.
The one-on-one consulting sessions provided businesses and cooperatives with additional opportunities for direct discussions, needs assessment and the identification of solutions tailored to their practical circumstances. Addressing specific challenges, participating entities gained a clearer basis for determining the actions needed to gradually apply innovation and digital transformation to production and business activities, with a focus on practical results and long-term implementation./.
