The Dua Mon Ethnic Minority Semi-Boarding Secondary School team introduced “Applying AI to Develop a Tool for Automating the Generation of Test Matrices, Specifications Tables and Assessment Papers,” while the Chieng Coi Kindergarten team presented “Developing a Web-App-Based Teacher Assessment and Classification Application Using Softr and Airtable.”

In agriculture, the Muoi Noi commune Party Committee presented “Developing a Digital Coffee Crop Calendar and a System Providing Time-Specific Guidance on Agricultural Interventions to Support Smart Agriculture.” The solution is designed to provide farmers with timely guidance and support the application of digital technology to coffee production.

Meanwhile, the Yen Chau 1 Secondary School team in Yen Chau commune introduced “Yen Chau Online Mango Farm – A Digital Transformation Solution for Agricultural Traceability and Market Connectivity,” focusing on improving product traceability and connecting local agricultural producers with consumers.

In Party building, officials from the Chieng An ward People’s Committee presented “A Digital Platform for Managing Party Members and Party Membership Fees at Party Cells.” The solution aims to digitise Party membership management and facilitate the monitoring and collection of membership fees at grassroots Party cells.

For administrative reform, the Van Son ward People’s Committee team introduced “An AI Assistant for Land Management, Database Development and Automated Drafting of Commune-Level Documents.” The solution seeks to use AI to support land administration, build digital databases and streamline the preparation of official documents.

In the field of information technology and communications, a contestant from the Youth Division of the Son La provincial Department of Public Security presented “An AI-Powered Platform for Detecting Harmful and Malicious Content in Cyberspace.”/.
