The event was attended by representatives of the provincial People’s Committee Office, the provincial Inspectorate, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People’s Committee of Chieng Sinh ward, and the citizens concerned.

At the reception, Lo Van Hanh and Ca Van May, who was authorised by Hanh to act on his behalf, both residents of Sang hamlet (now Residential Area No. 6), Chieng Sinh ward, raised concerns over land compensation and support in connection with the Son La Animal Disease Diagnostic and Testing Station Project.

After hearing the citizens’ petitions, leaders of the relevant departments, agencies and units discussed and addressed issues within their remit, while proposing solutions to resolve outstanding difficulties in accordance with the law.

Speaking at the reception, Viet asked the relevant departments, agencies and units to fully consider citizens’ opinions and petitions, continue reviewing dossiers and examining the actual situation, and clarify outstanding issues.

They were asked to propose appropriate solutions that ensure the lawful rights and interests of citizens and other relevant parties in accordance with the law./.
