According to project investors, contractors have mobilised maximum manpower and equipment, arranged overtime shifts, and adjusted construction schedules to suit weather conditions. They are focusing on completing key facilities, including classroom buildings, boarding accommodation, administrative buildings and technical infrastructure.

Construction is now 97% complete at the Yen Son school, 95% at the Long Phieng school and 77% at the Phieng Khoai school.

He instructed project investors to urge contractors to accelerate construction and complete all remaining works and administrative procedures by August 30. He also called for the sites to be cleaned and classroom furniture installed as soon as classrooms are substantially completed, enabling any issues related to electricity, water supply or interior facilities to be identified and addressed in a timely manner.

Chairman Viet further requested that local authorities regularly update the number of students and teachers through September 5, conduct trial operations to accurately determine operating budget requirements, and make thorough preparations for the inauguration ceremonies to ensure the schools are ready for the start of the new academic year./.
