The conference was attended by Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Ha Trung Chien, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; along with leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and relevant local authorities.
At the conference, Decision No. 1172/QD-UBND dated May 18, 2026 was announced, appointing Do Van Tru, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Chieng Coi ward, as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. His term of office is five years, starting May 20, 2026.
Decision No. 1188/QD-UBND appointed Duong Gia Dinh, Chairman of Binh Thuan commune People’s Committee, to work at the Department of Agriculture and Environment as Deputy Director for a five-year term starting May 20, 2026.
Decision No. 1164/QD-UBND appointed Le Thuy Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of To Hieu ward Party Committee, to the Department of Education and Training as Deputy Director, with a five-year term starting May 20, 2026.
Decision No. 1166/QD-UBND appointed Nguyen The Vinh, head of the Industrial Management Division under the Department of Industry and Trade as Deputy Director of the department for a five-year term starting May 20, 2026.
Decision No. 1186/QD-UBND appointed Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa, head of the Division of Law Building and Enforcement under the Department of Justice, as Deputy Director of the department for a five-year term starting May 20, 2026.
Decision No. 1168/QD-UBND transferred Trinh Thi Viet Ha, head of the Investment, Construction and Environment Management Division of the provincial Industrial Zones Authority, to the provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre, appointing her as Deputy Director for a five-year term starting May 20, 2026.
Speaking at the event, Chairman Viet congratulated the newly appointed and transferred officials. He urged them to continue promoting their qualities, competence, and experience; quickly adapt to their new responsibilities; actively study their assigned fields; uphold responsibility and exemplary conduct; and work closely with leaderships to strengthen unity and improve the effectiveness of advisory work and task implementation, contributing to the province’s development.
