The delegation presented gifts to wounded veteran Nguyen Van Dau in Residential Area 3; sick veteran Quang Van Thinh in Residential Area 2; sick veteran Vu Xuan Thuong in Canh Kien hamlet; and Lo Thi Chai, the wife of fallen soldier Lo Van Cu, in Residential Area 9.

Cua expressed his profound gratitude to the families of fallen soldiers, as well as wounded and sick veterans for their sacrifices and contributions to the nation's construction and defence.

He encouraged families of people with meritorious service to continue working with local Party committees and authorities to promote patriotism among younger generations, while motivating their children and grandchildren to work, study and contribute to local economic development.

The official also called on Party committees and authorities in Song Ma commune to continue improving welfare for policy beneficiaries, helping uphold the tradition of honouring those who sacrificed for the nation./.
