They include Hoang Van Nghiem, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and head of the provincial delegation of National Assembly deputies; Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council; and Cha A Cua, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Xuan Nha Primary and Secondary Boarding School project covers an area of 6.7 hectares. To date, the construction unit has completed 70% of the workload and is continuing to finalise several items, including the dining hall, primary school classrooms, and student dormitories.

The contractor has mobilised the maximum number of machinery and equipment, and 200–300 workers working continuously. Overtime shifts and flexible working hours have also been arranged to adapt to the hot weather conditions at the construction site.

After the on-site inspection, the provincial Party Committee Secretary requested the contractor to continue urging workers, increase overtime shifts, accelerate construction progress, and complete the project on schedule. Relevant units were asked to further uphold their sense of responsibility, organise construction activities in a determined and urgent manner, ensure the planned progress, and strive to complete the main project items before June 30, 2026. Local authorities were also instructed to review difficulties and obstacles arising during project implementation and report them to higher authorities for timely resolution.
