Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and sectors, as well as members of the Steering Committee.

At the beginning of the 2025–2030 term, the provincial Party Committee issued a number of key resolutions across various sectors to concretise the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 16th provincial Party Congress. These included Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU, dated December 30, 2025, on promoting investment in the development of socio-economic infrastructure, and Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, dated December 30, 2025, on attracting investment in the province during the 2025–2030 period, with specific objectives, tasks, and solutions.

To effectively lead and direct the implementation of the tasks set out in the two resolutions, on May 8, 2026, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 334-QĐ/TU establishing the Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU and Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU (Steering Committee 334), chaired by the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, members of the Steering Committee reviewed, discussed, and provided comments on the draft working regulations of the Steering Committee, the Plan on Implementation of Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU and Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, and the draft notice assigning responsibilities to members.

Concluding the meeting, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee emphasised that the draft implementation plan must closely align with the objectives of the Resolution of the 16th provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU and Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the provincial Party Committee, and particularly the latest policies of the Party Central Committee and its Politburo and Secretariat, and the Government relating to projects in the province, infrastructure investment, and investment capital for timely updates.
