Speaking at the ceremony, the provincial Party chief congratulated the recipients and expressed his hope that they would continue to set an example, uphold and promote the revolutionary qualities and steadfastness of Party members, and actively contribute to the building of local Party organisations, governments, Fatherland Front committees, and mass organisations, as well as to local movements.
He also encouraged them to offer valuable recommendations to help build the Chieng An ward Party Organisation in particular and the Son La provincial Party Organisation in general into increasingly clean, strong, and developed organisations.

Following the merger of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) branches in Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces, SBV Region III now oversees a large area with a substantial workload.
