The delegation visited and presented gifts to war invalid Dieu Chinh Nhap, 76, of Residential Area No. 3, who has a 65% disability rating; war invalid Dang Xuan Vinh, 70, of Residential Area No. 2, with a 21% disability rating; sick veteran Hoang Van Dao, 72, of Residential Area No. 3, with a 62% health impairment; and sick veteran Vu Dinh Tan, 73, of Residential Area No. 2, with a 61% health impairment.
Thanh extended his warm regards, inquired about their health and well-being, listened to their thoughts and concerns, and expressed profound gratitude for the tremendous contributions of war invalids and sick veterans, as well as the sacrifices made by fallen heroes in the struggle for national liberation and safeguarding.
He also expressed his hope that the war invalids and sick veterans would continue to uphold the noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers," lead a happy and healthy life, serve as role models for younger generations, and continue to educate their children and grandchildren on preserving and promoting the proud revolutionary traditions of their homeland.
