The investors presented plans for a multifunctional urban area with integrated technical and social infrastructure and housing, alongside high-end eco-tourism and resort facilities and immersive landscape art attractions.
The proposals aim to capitalise on Moc Chau’s natural landscape, climate and tourism potential while expanding infrastructure and services and creating new development space for the area.
The investors said they would mobilise resources and expertise to further develop the investment plans in line with the provincial master plan and Vietnamese law. They also pledged to work closely with local authorities and relevant agencies during surveys and administrative procedures.
Addressing the event, Chairman Viet welcomed the investors’ interest and proposals, saying Son La would continue to create favourable conditions for investors to implement suitable investment projects, thus giving further development momentum to Moc Chau.
He called on provincial agencies and local authorities to provide the investors with information on planning, land and other relevant conditions so they can refine their investment plans.
The investors were also asked to ensure that proposed projects comply with planning schemes and legal regulations, integrate technical and social infrastructure with service facilities, and preserve Moc Chau’s distinctive values.
The projects are expected to contribute to the development of Moc Chau National Tourism Area into an attractive, highly competitive destination that leaves a distinct mark on the domestic and international tourism map./.
