Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Ha Trung Chien addresses the meeting.

Speaking at the event, Chien requested project developers and contractors to mobilise maximum manpower, machinery and equipment to accelerate construction progress, and ensure construction quality, occupational safety and appropriate construction plans during the rainy season. He also called for faster disbursement of investment capital and required weekly reports on disbursement progress to be submitted to the provincial Department of Education and Training.

The commune People's Committees were assigned to complete land-related dossiers and procedures so that the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment can issue land-use right certificates for the schools, with the goal of presenting the certificates upon completion and inauguration of the projects.

The Department of Education and Training was tasked with developing a training plan on boarding-school management and operations for teachers, while guiding communes and schools in selecting and signing contracts with meal service providers, with all related work to be completed by July.
