Secretary of the Son La provincial Party Committee Hoang Van Nghiem speaks at the event.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Nghiem asked participants to fully carry out all training contents for each phase, thoroughly study and firmly grasp the requirements of every training scenario.

He said personnel participating in the rehearsal must be present in full accordance with decisions for each exercise framework and strictly comply with the schedule. Preparations must be thorough and aligned with the conditions of each sector, while participants in all exercise frameworks should proactively study and master the contents, conducting rehearsals with a high sense of responsibility to meet the requirements of each conference, phase and defence readiness level.

The rehearsal helped positions and members involved in the exercise framework gain a firm grasp of the operational mechanism. After each training session, the provincial steering committee reviewed lessons learned and compiled feedback to further adjust, supplement and finalise documents and combat plans in line with task requirements.

The process is aimed at ensuring the best possible preparations and readiness for the official exercise, with the goal of achieving the highest results.
