Political, ideological and moral education in public service has continued to be strengthened. Agencies and units have organised 26 communication sessions for 1,713 participants, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility among officials, Party members and the public.
The steering committee has also continued directing the review and handling of delayed and prolonged projects and works facing difficulties and obstacles, with risks of loss and wastefulness. In addition, it has directed the organisation of specialised inspections of surplus land and housing facilities following administrative restructuring.
Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Hoang Van Nghiem speaks at the meeting.
Speaking at the event, Nghiem requested members of the steering committee to continue urging Party committees and organisations, agencies and units at all levels to effectively carry out communication efforts in order to improve consensus on the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and negative phenomena; and further promote a culture of integrity and intolerance toward the work among officials, Party members and the public.
He also called for stronger coordination among relevant agencies in removing difficulties and obstacles, accelerating progress, and solving cases and incidents under the steering committee’s supervision. In addition, he instructed Party committees, Party organisations, agencies and units at all levels to strengthen internal inspections and regular supervision of the performance of duties by officials, Party members, civil servants and public employees.
