The event saw the attendance of Chairman of the provincial People's Council Nguyen Thai Hung; Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Dang Ngoc Hau, who is also head of the Board of Directors of the bank’s provincial branch; and representatives of enterprises, youth union members, among others.

The campaign, taking place from March 25-31, aims to encourage businesses, agencies, organisations, and individuals to deposit savings at the bank, helping strengthen financial resources for policy credit programmes and improve loan accessibility for the poor and other social policy beneficiaries.
Each participant can make contributions by opening a savings account worth at least 500,000 VND (approximately 20 USD), either through recurring deposits or fixed-term deposits ranging from one to 12 months or more.
At the launch, provincial leaders, officials, youth union members, and representatives of organisations opened savings accounts. By 10:00 am, their deposits had reached nearly 13 billion VND. On this occasion, the bank disbursed 100 million VND in loans to 10 poor households and policy-beneficiary families in the province.

Youth union members and young people open savings accounts in response to the campaign.
