Son La Party Committee Standing Board’s personnel decision announced

The Son La provincial Party Committee held a conference in Moc Chau ward on September 18 to announce its Standing Board’s decision on personnel affairs.

Attending the conference were Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dinh Viet, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Party Committee’s Standing Board and Director of the provincial Department of Construction Dao Tai Tue, and officials of Moc Chau ward.

Under Decision No. 491-QD/TU dated September 12, 2026, Nguyen Van Phuc, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was transferred to work at the Moc Chau ward Party Organisation. He was designated to join the ward Party Committee and its Standing Board and serve as Secretary of the ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, effective September 18, 2026.

Presenting the decision and assigning tasks to Phuc, Viet asked him to build on the experience of his predecessors, quickly get to grips with his new duties and gain a firm understanding of the local situation.

He urged Phuc, together with the ward Party Committee and its Standing Board, to focus on leadership and direction, tap the locality’s potential and advantages as the centre of the Moc Chau National Tourism Area, link tourism development with high-tech agriculture, build a civilised urban area with distinctive cultural identity, ensure national defence and security, and improve the people’s material and spiritual well-being, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the first Moc Chau ward Party Congress for 2025-2030.
