The Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee holds an online working session with the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
Attending the meeting were Cao Xuan Thu Van, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and standing members of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of the Son La Cooperative Alliance.

To date, the Son La Cooperative Alliance has completed all preparations for the congress documents, including 15 groups of materials that have been drafted, consulted on, and finalised. The personnel plan has also been completed, comprising 35 members of the Executive Committee, six members of the Standing Committee, four permanent members, and five members of the Inspection Committee, all in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
Communication activities have been strengthened before, during, and after the congress. The Son La Cooperative Alliance has coordinated with Son La Newspaper and Radio-Television to produce reports, news articles, and features highlighting collective economic models, exemplary cooperatives, and the activities of the provincial alliance. At the same time, cooperatives throughout the province have been encouraged to launch emulation campaigns in celebration of the congress.
During the meeting, participants discussed and reached agreement with the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance on the proposal for Son La province to hold the 7th Congress of Delegates of the Son La Cooperative Alliance for the 2026–2031 term in mid-June 2026.
The meeting is conducted in an online format.

Speaking at the session, Cha A Cua requested the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance to continue providing guidance and support to the Son La Cooperative Alliance in finalising preparations for the congress. He also called for further consideration and feedback on outstanding issues, particularly those related to personnel arrangements and organisational matters, to ensure the congress is held successfully and serves as a significant political event for the collective economic sector, contributing to the achievement of the province's socio-economic development goals in the new period.
