Cultural performances, folk activities held in Muong Chien

Bon hamlet in Muong Chien commune hosted a programme featuring cultural performances and folk experiences on September 2.

In a vibrant cultural setting, teams staged 10 distinctive dance performances representing the Khang, Mong, Dao, and Thai ethnic groups. Carefully choreographed, the shows impressed audiences while reviving the traditional beauty of local ethnic communities.

Alongside, folk games such as tung con (throwing a ball through a ring), blindfolded duck catching, and stick pushing drew crowds of locals and visitors to join in, creating a lively atmosphere and strengthening community bonds.
