A working delegation from Naval Region 3, led by Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Naval Region 3, on January 27 visited and extended Lunar New Year (Tet) greetings to officers and soldiers of Radar Station 540 under Regiment 351, Naval Region 3, as well as to local forces and residents in the Con Co special zone of Quang Tri province.

The Son La provincial People’s Committee on January 27 held a training conference to improve scores under the set of criteria in the Index on Performance in Serving Citizens and Businesses, and to provide guidance on end-to-end online public services and specialised digital signatures for official use across the province.
