
Citizens scan the QR code to rate their satisfaction with officials and public servants at the one-stop-shop unit of Chieng En commune, Song Ma district.
Since the beginning of this year, the commune has received and processed 2,150 administrative procedure applications within its jurisdiction. The rate of cases resolved on or ahead of schedule has reached 100%.
According to a survey, 100% of citizens who came to handle procedures rated their experience as “very satisfied” or “satisfied” on the district’s smart administration system.
