Participating labourers were briefed on legal policies related to domestic and overseas employment, vocational training for rural labourers, labour market demand at home and abroad, as well as benefits and procedures for unemployment insurance. Representatives of Tinh Loi Garment Co., Ltd., Vietnam Coal and Minerals College and Japan-Vietnam Human Resources JSC provided information on labour recruitment demand, training programmes, and policy benefits for employees joining their workforce.
The activity helped businesses and training institutions recruit and enrol quality workers. At the same time, it created opportunities for labourers to choose suitable fields of study or find appropriate jobs, and improve their incomes and living conditions, thus contributing to local socio-economic development./.
