The People’s Committee of Bac Yen commune on October 24 organised the first career counselling and job fair 2025.

The event featured the participation of 12 organisations and enterprises from both inside and outside the province. It introduced job opportunities, recruitment needs, working conditions, and employment policies to over 500 workers, youth union members, and young people from local schools and 27 hamlets and residential areas. They also provided on-site counselling and preliminary interviews for candidates seeking employment at industrial zones inside and outside the province.

Two vocational education institutions offered information about training programmes, duration, and career prospects after graduation, helping youth union members and young people better orient themselves toward suitable career paths.

Within the framework of the event, workers, youth union members, and young people were also guided by officials from Bac Yen commune’s Public Administrative Service Centre on how to log in, submit applications, and look up public services online.

The event not only created employment opportunities for workers, youth union members, and youngsters in the commune but also concretised the goal of developing human resources, improving vocational skills, and contributing to the local socio-economic development.
