The provincial Social Security Agency and premium collectors launch the campaign in response to the Month for Universal Social Insurance.
Since the beginning of the year, the social security sector and premium collectors have focused on innovating communication content and methods to encourage participation in social insurance and health insurance. They have organised online conferences and maintained direct consultation and support channels via Messenger and Zalo to assist participants anytime and anywhere.

The provincial Social Security Agency has also coordinated with media agencies to produce reports and skits in three languages - Vietnamese, Thai, and Mong, while strengthening ethnic-language broadcasting through grassroots loudspeaker systems in ethnic minority areas.

With the theme “Social Insurance – A Lifelong Social Security Support,” the campaign focuses on helping people better understand the significance, practical benefits, and humanitarian values of social and health insurance; the advantages of voluntary social insurance and household health insurance; the risks of not participating or withdrawing social insurance as a lump sum; information on medical examination and treatment regulations and health insurance payment policies; as well as warnings and rebuttals against misinformation about social and health insurance.
Immediately after the launching event, officials from the provincial and local social insurance agencies, together with premium collectors, carried out mobile communication campaigns on voluntary social and health insurance along main roads and at local markets. Advisory teams were simultaneously deployed to go to each household to deliver information about social and health insurance while distributing leaflets directly to residents.
