The single-story house of Tong Van Tam’s family in Tong hamlet has a floor area of 65 square meters. Construction began on November 18, 2025, and was completed after nearly two months.

The total construction cost exceeded 150 million VND, of which Quynh Ngoc JSC provided 60 million VND (2,286 USD) in support, while the family contributed 80 million VND. The People’s Committee of Chieng An ward mobilised socio-political organisations and local residents to provide an additional 10.5 million VND and 50 workdays.

As for the house of Quang Thi Song’s family in Phua Con hamlet, it has a floor area of 50 square metres and construction started on December 20, 2025. The total construction cost was 95 million VND, including 60 million VND supported by An Binh Commercial JSC – Son La branch, while the family contributed 35 million VND.
