Chieng Hoa commune launches Traffic Safety Year 2026.
In 2025, communication, dissemination, and legal education efforts were strengthened to raise public awareness of and compliance with traffic safety regulations in Chieng Hoa. Greater awareness was promoted among students, teachers, and local residents when participating in road and inland waterway traffic.
As a result, traffic order and safety were maintained, and no traffic accidents occurred in the commune throughout 2025. However, traffic safety conditions still present potential risks and complexities, such as cases of driving after consuming alcohol or beer, riding without helmets, and entrusting vehicles to unqualified individuals.
For Traffic Safety Year 2026, Chieng Hoa commune will continue intensifying awareness campaigns to improve compliance with traffic safety laws and accident prevention measures. Authorities and relevant forces responsible for maintaining traffic order and safety in the commune will strictly handle violations, striving to sustain the achievement of zero traffic accidents across all three criteria: number of cases, fatalities, and injuries.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, more than 50 officials, members of grassroots security and order protection teams, and youth union members participated in a parade along the route from the centre of Chieng Hoa commune to the end of Ang Nghiu hamlet and back to the commune centre.
