Participating units and enterprises provided consultations and information on recruitment needs and job vacancies, age requirements, and company policies and benefits for employees. They also offered guidance and support in preparing applications and completing procedures for overseas employment in countries such as Japan and Russia.

Several universities and colleges offered career counseling and vocational orientation for students and workers, helping them choose career paths suited to their abilities and aligned with current labour market demands.

On the occasion, the communal People’s Committee commended 20 outstanding workers who had worked outside the locality in 2025. An Phat Holdings also presented two gift packages to local poor households.
