Communes focus on handling administrative procedures for people

After more than three months of implementing the two-tier local government model, the Public Administrative Service Centre of Pung Banh commune has received and processed 325 administrative procedure applications across 12 areas under its jurisdiction.

The Pung Banh commune Public Administrative Service Centre handles administrative procedures for the people.

The centre has resolved and returned results for 319 applications on time or ahead of schedule, achieving a rate of 98.2%. The remaining applications are being processed as scheduled.

The Pung Banh commune Public Administrative Service Centre has publicly posted the list and content of administrative procedures under its authority, as well as a hotline to provide assistance and guidance, and address public feedback and concerns.

Currently, Muong Gion commune is handling 390 administrative procedures. Since July, the commune’s Public Administrative Service Centre has received 524 applications, of which 516 have been processed on time, and the rest are still within the allowed processing period.

To ensure smooth resolution of administrative procedures, the commune has assigned staff and publicly posted all procedures at the service centre and on the commune’s portal. Additionally, QR codes have been created to help people conveniently access and look up administrative procedure information.
