The workshop received nine presentations from provincial departments, agencies, universities, colleges, businesses, and experts in the province. They focused on key areas, including solutions to improve the quality of human resources to create breakthroughs in sci-tech, innovation and digital transformation; promoting digital transformation in provincial education and training; renewing scientific research and technology transfer activities at Tay Bac University to serve the province’s socio-economic development; and the current situation and solutions to foster breakthroughs in cultural and tourism activities.
At the workshop, delegates concentrated on discussions to identify priority areas such as improving mechanisms and policies; enhancing the quality of human resources; promoting digital transformation in education and health care; and applying science and technology in agriculture, natural resources and environment, culture, tourism, and industry and trade.
On that basis, they proposed breakthrough solutions to promote technology research, application, and transfer in close alignment with production practices and daily life.
The workshop served as a forum for scientists, researchers, and businesses to share experience, strengthen linkages, and build collaborative networks in technology research, application, and transfer.
It also helped foster consensus and unity in both awareness and action, thereby gradually improving the effectiveness of implementing tasks related to science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation across the province in the coming period.
