Contest for outstanding youth union officials and young disseminators of Son La provincial Border Guard Command held

The 2026 contest for outstanding youth union officials and young disseminators among youths of the Son La provincial Border Guard Command, was held on May 19, with all planned contents completed.

The contest attracted the participation of nine teams with 60 contestants from nine grassroots youth union branches and twinned units. The Outstanding Youth Union Officials competition consisted of two parts: drafting Youth Union work documents and producing dissemination videos using AI technology, and a knowledge quiz.

In the Young Disseminators competition, teams and contestants focused on promoting the resolutions and action programmes of Party Congresses and Youth Union Congresses at all levels; the glorious historical traditions of the Party, the nation, the military, and the Border Guard Force; achievements in carrying out political tasks related to the management and protection of territorial sovereignty and national border security; as well as exemplary youth models in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style.

According to the organising board’s assessment, the participating units made thorough investments and carefully staged their performances, skillfully combining visual presentations with supporting performances such as musical performances, short plays, video screenings, and documentary images. New topics closely linked to practical realities and urgent requirements, particularly digital transformation, were chosen by many units. The young disseminators demonstrated confidence, expressiveness, and strong appeal in their presentation style, creating a powerful impression and wide influence on the audience.

At the end of the competition, the organising board awarded the First Prize to the team from the Youth Union of Chieng On Border Guard Station, along with two Second Prizes and three Third Prizes to teams that achieved outstanding results in the competition.
