At the event, delegates watched videos and reports on the topic “Son La KOLs in the Era of the Nation’s Rise” and listened to presentations on the current situation of cybersecurity and high-tech crimes; promoting the role of KOLs and group administrators in strengthening ideological resilience and guiding public opinion in cyberspace; promoting the role of KOLs in promoting the image of the locality and building a culture of online behaviour; and Son La youth with regard to communication and conduct culture in cyberspace. 

In addition, delegates participated in discussions, shared experience in content creation and digital platform management, and proposed solutions to build a safe and healthy online environment.

Also at the programme, the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division under the provincial Department of Public Security, together with KOLs and online community administrators, signed a commitment to comply with the law and follow codes of conduct in cyberspace.

On this occasion, the Department of Public Security launched the Son La Digital Trust Club with more than 60 members. The club operates under the direct direction of the department’s leadership and is managed by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division.

Through the Zalo platform, the police force will connect with and support members on legal matters, share official and timely information on issues of public concern, and coordinate with KOLs and online community administrators to enhance responsibility in ensuring cybersecurity and online safety, contributing to the development of a safe and healthy digital environment in Son La./.
