The patient, Lo Van Viet, from Muong Khieng commune, Thuan Chau district, was admitted to the hospital on June 25 with abdominal pain in the right iliac fossa and was diagnosed with acute appendicitis, requiring emergency surgery. Following the operation, his condition stabilised.

To ensure his attendance in this year’s national high school graduation exam, the hospital arranged ambulance transport to the exam site and assigned a doctor to accompany him and monitor his health during the exam.

With dedicated support from doctors and family members, Viet arrived in the exam site safely and on time. His health remained stable, and school officials and teachers came to visit and encourage him. The hospital will continue to provide support throughout the two days of the exam, after which he will return for further health monitoring.
